Super! We love new customers. Please contact us and we will put you in touch with the relevant rep for your area, or our Head Office team will assist you.

Trade customers can access relevant account opening forms here. If you need any assistance with these you can either ask your rep or contact us.

We ask Booksellers to use the Batch Returns system. If this is not possible then you will need to request permission from your rep and your returns will then go back to the relevant distributor and a credit note will be issued. Contact us if you need assistance with this.

We have access to a huge collection of authors and illustrators from a wide variety of publishers. Please look at our Author Events page for details on who is available and where they live. Submit via our Author Event request form if you would like to plan an event giving us as many details as possible – we don’t just do bookshop events but can also help with school visits, library events and any other similar queries.

Visit our Promotions page for title-specific POS. Our Key Titles and Archive have a wide range to request. If there is specific POS that you would like, please contact us or your local rep.

We currently represent over 40 children’s publishers. If you would like us to consider your products, please get in touch emailing publishers@bouncemarketing.co.uk. We normally ask publishers to send us some spreads from their books, or some finished samples if those are available. Please note that it can take up to a couple of months to get back to representation enquiries, although we endeavour to respond as quickly as possible.

Please either contact your rep, or if that is not possible then contact us and we will arrange for replacements to be sent.

When new vacancies arise at Bounce, they will be advertised on The Bookseller website.

From time to time we do have work experience opportunities here at Bounce. To apply please send your CV and a covering letter to sales@bouncemarketing.co.uk.

Please contact your rep, or, if you are a new customer, you can contact us and we will arrange this for you. You can find, download and request catalogues on our catalogues page or request proof copies of our Key Titles on our Key Titles page.

Our distributors ship products all over the world. We can supply most titles to most countries. However, there are some books where the market restrictions mean we are not permitted to sell that title in certain countries (commonly US/Canada and Australia). Please contact our export team for further advice.

Bounce have a stand at London Book Fair and at Frankfurt Book Fair every year. Contact our export team for the stand number and any appointment requests. We also have staff attending Bologna Book Fair and Book Expo in the US, so contact us if you have an appointment request for either of those.

Bounce is not a publisher but a sales agency that sells books on behalf of publishers. We do not represent individual books or authors. Therefore please do not send any manuscripts to us direct as they will not be opened or redirected – you will need to address them to the relevant publishers and check on their website for their submission criteria.

Occasionally we do have some stock available so contact us if you would like to discuss.

For authors available for events you can visit our Author Events page and search via your region or the age of your audience. You can also contact your Bounce rep for recommendations.

Your Bounce rep will be able to help you with this, or you can contact the relevant distributor direct quoting your account number and invoice number to correct this.
